Other donations

The Musée Dawson Trail Museum has built its exhibits using artifacts and photographs donated from past and present community members. Artifacts can include items such as clothing, dishes, art, furniture, equipment, documents, photos, and other items that may have historical significance.

These artifacts tell the stories of the people, the events and history of the area.  They are displayed respectfully and when permitted the donor is acknowledged appropriately.

If you have items that you would like to be preserved and used to tell the history of the area, please email us.  A representative from the Museum will be in touch to discuss the process.

Another way to help the Museum is to donate any unused books. All proceeds from our Used Book Sale on October 1 & 2 will go toward museum maintenance.
